Armor Protective Packaging’s remarkable new product attacks rusted parts by utilizing a synthetic molecule that is attracted specifically to iron oxide. Metal Rescue™ removes the iron oxide and holds it in solution, leaving base part and other materials unaffected.
Your metal parts can be restored in 20 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the amount of rust, type of steel and temperature of the solution.

Remove dirt, oil or other contaminants from metal substrate. Pour Metal Rescue™ liquid into a container.

Immerse part fully in Metal Rescue™ liquid. Severity of rust, surface contamination and bath temperature affect de-rusting time. Immersion ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Once rust has been removed from metal, rinse part with water. Dry part completely. Part is now ready to use or can be stored or shipped using ARMOR Protective Packaging® VCI products.
